What Is a Level 2 (Homebuyer Survey)?
A Level 2 survey is a comprehensive internal and external inspection of the entire property—including outbuildings, gardens, and driveways. Every element is assessed using a clear traffic light rating system:

Condition Rating 3

Urgent or serious issues

Amber

Condition Rating 2

Minor defects

Green

Condition Rating 1

No repairs needed
